Served as senior gemologist at EGL, then as senior gemologist at IGI, where he was exposed to lab-grown diamonds nearly a decade ago. While much of the industry dismissed the field, Eldad believed in it early and became one of the first in Israel and among the early professionals worldwide to advance lab-grown diamond trade and marketing.
